Stay safe in the backcountry! This two-part, 8-hour course focuses on: decision making, using UAC forecasts, route selection and safe travel practices, red flags of avalanche danger, and partner rescue techniques.
Takes place Feb 22nd 5-8 p.m. and Feb 23rd 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Cost is $40. You must have shovel, beacon, probe, Brighton lift pass, and advanced-intermediate riding/skiing skills.
