Salt Lake Challenge Results

Challenge Nation brought their urban scavenger hunt to Salt Lake City for the first time yesterday afternoon and Outdoor Sports Guide's team rocked it! Ranking 8th out of 52 teams, we finished in about 1 hour and 21 minutes. Team Honey Badgers snagged first place in 1 hour and 11 minutes.

The race involved running (or using public transportation) to follow clues to various locations throughout Salt Lake City. You had to complete 11 of the 12 clues to finish and the first team back wins! Clues involved interacting with strangers, going to SLC landmarks, and taking ridiculously posed photos of your team.

Costumes were encouraged, and we didn't hesitate to participate in the costume contest. We named our team "Snow What and the Hi-Ho Hotties" and reversed the gender roles of this fairytale. Our 6'2" Snow What ran the entire race in a full-length Halloween costume, and helped our team nab the Best Costume prize.

We hope Challenge Nation makes Utah an annual stop on their cross-country tour!
