HIGH WEST CELEBRATES 3rd ANNUAL DERBY DAY
High West Distillery and Saloon celebrates “the most exciting two minutes in sports” with its third annual Derby Day Party. Guests of all ages are invited to don their best Kentucky Derby attire and head to High West to watch the 138th running of “America’s Race,” which will be screened live on the saloon’s big-screen TV’s. Festivities will include live music, a full gourmet buffet, a hat contest and, for those 21 and over, the two best Mint Juleps in town – a traditional julep made from High West’s acclaimed Son of Bourye, the other featuring the distillery’s newest spirit, Campfire Whiskey.
Ticket price includes full Derby inspired buffet including traditional Kentucky dishes of Burgoo Stew, Hot Browns, and Derby Pie. In addition, admission includes live music by the live Dixieland inspired Jazz music with David Halliday Band, a hat parade and contest and raffle.
