Come out to support the Utah Avalanche Center at their annual fundraiser at Black Diamond Equipment in Salt Lake City on Thursday, September 12, 2013 from 6-10 p.m. The party will be in the parking lot of Black Diamond Equipment headquarters, 2084 East 3900 South, Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Utah Avalanche Center is critical to our mountain community and this event is their primary source of fundraising. Last year the event raised over $65,000 and over 1100 people attended! New for 2013, the UAC will award a company or person the Mount Superior Award for someone who has shown excellence in the field of snow safety and/or a superior commitment to avalanche awareness.
Tickets are just $39 if purchased in advance or $45 at the door. Beverages will be provided by Uinta Brewing and food by Rico. There will also be live music and a silent auction of outdoor gear.
